Martin Luther King Jr.

Martin Luther King, Jr.-A photographic story of a life
Amy Pastan

For a few days, I have been reading this book and at the same time learning new facts too. This book shows courage, bravery, and also freedom and many other traits too. This book mentioned some very high level vocabulary but I still was able to read it. I would say this book is okay.

The setting of this book takes place in many different places in the U.S.A. The setting was in Montgomery ,Simsbury, Connecticut, and many other places.Read to find out the others.

The main character of this book is of course Martin Luther King Jr.  and he is devastated about the segregation between the whites and blacks. As he grows up, he tries making a difference to stop the segregation. There is a very sad ending but NO SPOILERS! What will he do, will he finally succeed or will he fail his objective?! FIND OUT IN THE BOOK!!!!!

I would rate this book okay because it is not the most interesting  compared to Realistic Fiction’s like Percy Jackson series’  . I would say this is great informational wise.
HAPPY READING
