I read this book because it is fun and interesting. I read this book because I never read such a big book before and I like the characters. The characters that I like are Greg Heffley and Rowley. This book is about what he is doing on dog day. Greg’s mom doesn't like him to  play video game every time. His mom wants him to do something different and more interesting.  If you want to know more in this book, read this book.
